I'm in need of recruiting leads for dentistry related positions within the healthcare sector. Specifically, I'm looking for 100 leads, preferably focusing on dentists, dental hygienists, dental technicians, dental therapists, dental assistant. I need the companies name, the HR manager email/ Talent acquisition email, name, the job title they are looking for, and contact number. To ensure accuracy, I'm looking for a freelancer that has the relevant and up to date knowledge and experience in recruitment within this sector. The successful candidate would be managing the lead generation process from start to finish and should be confident in their abilities to find the correct leads. all leads must be put into an excel sheet document.
The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage your resources for the most effective and efficient lead generation. To be successful, the freelancer should have an in-depth understanding of relevant industry, as well as have a strong knowledge of technologies and techniques used within recruitment.
Experience in similar roles would be highly valued, however not essential. I'm looking for a self-starter with the drive to exceed expectations and be successful in a fast paced industry. Furthermore, this project requires flexibility and the ability to update me on a regular basis with progress reports.
