looking for someone with experience with either batch leads, prop-stream or prop-wire.
I am looking to find houses in a particular zip code that are underpriced in order to help them sell their homes..
Pretty much people who are motivated sellers and would sell their home for a good deal...
organize leads and email them asking if they will be interested in selling their home...
if they dont respond...maybe call them
find best 100 homes in area where people have the best likelihood to sell...
spreadsheet of owners name, home address, SF of home, SF of lot, asking price, sf price (asking price divided by sf of home).
This is my first time doing this so I need someone with a lot of experience in exactly this in the USA market.
if you have scripts to email and call with id love to see them.
