Real estate cold caller

I am a real estate agent and I am looking for someone to cold call for me and I am willing to spend $40-$50 a month to pay. I am looking for leads. I want the person to lead generate people who are looking for homes so if you are experience, please let me know, also, if you do know how to do marketing and social media posting, if you are experience that both would be great could hire you for both and pay you more
