As the operator of a Melbourne-based real estate agency, I require a lead generation expert to help expand my client base. I'm specifically targeting overseas, local, and national investors looking for promising real estate projects.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Generating verified leads using LinkedIn Ads.
- Strategically targeting and communicating with investors.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in lead generation, specifically via LinkedIn Ads.
- A strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to effectively target investors.
- Proven track record of successful conversion of leads.
Please note, compensation will be either per hour or per lead conversion, at a rate of $5000 per converted lead. The payment method will be negotiated upon hiring.
