I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM management. The role involves automating outreach using AI and handling responses to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
✅ Scrape and collect lead data (businesses listed for sale, agencies, etc.)
✅ Send and manage cold emails using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake
✅ Personalize messages using AI tools (Jasper.ai, ChatGPT, Copy.ai)
✅ Follow up via email & LinkedIn (LinkedHelper, PhantomBuster)
✅ Cold calling (optional) – Using JustCall or Aircall, with AI-generated scripts
✅ CRM management – Organizing leads and tracking responses in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
✅ Schedule appointments with qualified leads for sales closers
Requirements:
✔️ Prior experience with lead generation, email outreach, and LinkedIn automation
✔️ Proficient in Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, Apollo.io, or a similar tool
✔️ Comfortable with AI tools for message personalization
✔️ Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Close.io)
✔️ (Bonus) Experience in cold calling & appointment setting
