In addition, you will need to collect information from callers including their contact details, service requirements, and preferred appointment times. This information will need to be logged into GorillaDesk, with assistance from Zapier.
Skills and experience with GorillaDesk and Zapier are a plus, but not mandatory as I can provide guidance.
