Non standard insurance lead finder

I'm looking for an experienced individual to help me find non-standard insurance leads targeted toward individuals on a national level. Specifically, I will need the lead generator to find auto insurance leads in this demographic. The geographical area to focus on should be national, which will require someone with experience in this area. As this is a non-standard insurance lead project, I hope to have someone with knowledge specific to this type of project who can deliver results quickly and accurately.
