Need an Appointment Setter

Greetings.
I am an exporter of goods based in India. I deal in agricultural products like Ginger, Maize[Yellow Corn] & Onions. Also deal with chemicals like Caustic Soda flakes[Sodium Hydroxide], Construction material[Refractory Bricks] & Lifestyle[Jute Bags and Leather products[Shoes, handbags, wallets, belts, laptop bags].
I am looking for freelancer individual available in UK,US, Australia & Tanzania markets who has handled international business. The individual must possess lingual abilities to understand local language, have good communication skill and be in position to represent my business in their country. Basic skill is to be able to fix up appointments with leads provided by me. They are also free to generate their own leads based on their skill that matches my products[those leads generated by the appointment setter when closed, they will be compensated based on mutual discussion done before hand].
Since this activity appears to be a longer tenure, the payment recommended is on monthly basis .Freelancers will also be sent product samples which they are expected to showcase it to the generated leads for better conversion.
The reporting format will be based on weekly google-meet /zoom or as need based. Any other local requirements are there will be discussed separately.
