National Refinance Mortgage Leads
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 AUD
I'm looking for a professional/s who can provide mortgage leads with a focus on refinancing. The ideal candidate will have access to leads that are primarily from experienced homeowners on a national scale.
Key Requirements:
- Proven ability to generate quality refinance leads.
- Targeting primarily experienced homeowners, not first-timers or investors.
- National reach, not limited to local or regional areas.
- High conversion rate of leads into clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in lead generation for mortgage refinancing.
- Deep understanding of the demographics of experienced homeowners.
- Strong network or tools for national lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills for potential follow-ups.
This is a unique opportunity as we are prepared to pay a generous percentage of our up front commissions, and if the volume is good and the conversions are high, we can potentially offer trail commission to the right person/people as well.
Commission rate may be subject to claw back based on the percentage agreed on.
Leads can be for refi, new purchase, equity release or commercial property.
