List of Leads for Cold Calls

I need a list of company's and associated email addresses in the procurement department. We are doing a advertising campaign, and I will be sending out an email to as many potential clients as I can. The companies I am looking for are located in Saskatchewan Canada, and Alberta Canada. The clientele we are primarily interested in are companies in the Oil and Gas Industry, Mining Industry, Solar and Wind, and Utilities. What I would like to receive, Is a Excel spreadsheet with Company Name, Contact Name, and Contact Email. I would like a minimum of 100 Leads.
