Lead generation for a month

I am looking to hire a freelancer to generate leads for my drop servicing website. I'd prefer to be contacted by the leads via phone, and I'm expecting to receive more than 100 leads by the end of the month. I have a strategy in mind for generating these leads, but open to suggestions from the freelancer.
