Lead generation for B2B BD in Singapore and Hong Kong

We are looking for someone who can help us generate leads with companies in Singapore and Hong Kong.
We provide a solution for flexible office space.
Target companies: SMEs and startups in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Medium: Linkedin messaging with the decision makers (HR, GM, team leads...)
Goal: arranging a first meeting or call with us to introduce our solution to them. We want to contact 100-200 companies/day at least.
Payment: this would be on a pay per lead model.
