Lead generation, creation and processing of the sales funnel

We are looking for a specialist or a team of specialists for lead generation through cold e-mail mailings. The task will include finding customers, forming a cold customer base (target audience), creating a sales funnel (chains of letters for working with leads), sending out offers and selling chains.
