Lead generation & Cold calling.

We want a Lead generation expert, who can generate leads for IT services in the US. The expert will have to generate leads, then call up those leads to confirm which service is the lead interested in, and then set up an appointment with us so that we can call the client, understand his/her business requirements and close the deal. We want the expert to generate appointments for Website building platform (www.sitesfly.com) website hosting (www.sitescraft.com) and SEO.
Please be advised, the project's delivery will only be accepted if we are able to convert 20% of the total appointments set. The number of leads generated is not the criteria for this project. To explain better, if an expert generates 100 leads in a month but has no appointments set up and no conversion is done then there would be an order cancellation. However, if an expert generates 10 leads in a month, sets up 5 appointments and we are able to convert 1 of those appointments into a client then, that expert's delivery would be accepted and he would get more business from us.
