Lead generation / BPO sales / client acquisition (US market preferred)

InboxCrew is looking for a motivated Lead Generation & US Client Specialist to help grow our agency by setting up collaborations with US-based BPOs and businesses in need of affordable customer support solutions.
Your role will be to generate leads, pitch our services, and set up appointments with decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Ops Managers, etc.). Payment will be made after successful deal closure and client payment receipt.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential US-based BPO partners and businesses
Set appointments and pitch our customer support solutions
Coordinate and assist in client calls or demos with our team
Maintain records of outreach and client communication

Tailored SOPs, onboarding, and quality reporting
Compensation:
Performance-based: Payout will be released after successful deal closure and payment receipt from the client. Attractive commission per deal.
Requirements:
Prior experience in lead generation / BPO sales / client acquisition (US market preferred)
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a commission-based freelance role
Proactive and self-motivated
