Lead generation

I need help with lead generation for my business. I'm specifically looking for leads within a specific region and I'd like to use direct mail, social media or other ways to get them. I'm expecting to get a list of leads with contact information that I can connect with. The leads should be business-related. I'm open to other methods of connecting with the leads and creating a list, but I want to focus mainly on direct mail.
