I'm looking for enthusiastic marketing & sales professionals for our Gurugram and Mumbai offices. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, especially from the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads
- Engaging potential clients
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent Communication: You should be able to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: You need to have the ability to negotiate and persuade potential clients.
Incentives:
- Stipend: ₹20,000 (fixed)
- Incentives: ₹3,000-₹5,000 per successful lead closure
Work Structure:
- First 3 months: Hybrid work model
- Post 3 months: Work from Office
- Growth Opportunity: Salary review every 6 months based on performance!
