Lead Generation person for Sales

I am looking for a lead generation person to help boost sales. I am aiming to target customers in the Bank and Financial Services industry, Insurance companies, Automobile, and am hoping to generate between 50 and 100 leads. My preferred method of lead generation is cold calling and Email marketing as well. The goal is to eventually close a deal with these leads, but the immediate goal is to identify and capture potential leads. My plan is to have the lead generation person who can create defined list of leads that they can target and supply information about these leads. The ideal candidate should have some experience in cold calling and email marketing. I am also open to other methods of lead generation, such as social media engagement, if these methods could yield a faster and more efficient rate of lead generation. Please let me know what other methods you believe would be beneficial and how you would approach creating a successful lead generation pipeline.
