Lead Generation for Real Estate Project in Dubai for Indian clients

Dear all, I am looking for real estate lead generation for Dubai-based property(It's in the range of 1.5 crore rupees and upwards ), a successful company for the last 30 years. Lead generation activity to be done in Mumbai, India ( as they have a showroom in Bandra Kurla Complex and easy for prospects to walk in ). I am looking for quality lead generation ( had a bad experience in past with that, poor unqualified leads and a waste of time ). This project is short-term.
