Lead Generation Specialist for Recruitment Services (kindly read JD throughly)

I am seeking a skilled lead generation specialist to help me acquire potential clients interested in our recruitment outsourcing services. emails and phone numbers of decision-makers, IT managers, HR managers, Procurement managers, not the CEO, but overall make sure they require our services. the company employee count should be more than 500

The industries I'm focused on are IT, Healthcare, and Finance. Construction or any field in UAE and Saudi, Arabia. which require our services which provide them with our recruitment services. Except abudhabi

Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying potential leads from these industries
- Reaching out to these leads through various channels, to generate interest in our services
- Generating 100- 300 leads

Ideal candidates for this role should have:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in the IT, Healthcare, and Finance industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of recruitment services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead targets.
