Your main focus will be:

- Prioritizing cold calling as the primary method for lead generation. Experience in this area is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Leads will be used for cold calling.
- Ability to gather valuable information about residents, specifically age and demographics (Name, Phone Number, Address and Age).
