B2B Lead Generation Specialist/ CPO

Looking for Lead Generator (CPO / Approved Lead Model)
Service: Background Checks & Polygraph Testing for Businesses (UAE / Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced lead generator / affiliate partner to help us acquire clients for our Background Checks and Polygraph Testing services in the UAE (mainly Dubai).

Collaboration model:
Pay per approved lead / client (CPO model) — similar to FTD / CPS;
We pay only for converted clients (who purchase and complete the service);
High average check — premium B2B services for companies (HR, security departments, business owners).

What you’ll do:
• Bring in B2B leads (companies in UAE) interested in:
• Background checks for employees (verifications, database checks, references, etc.);
• Polygraph testing (pre-employment or internal investigations);
• Comprehensive employee screening services.
• You can use any traffic source: LinkedIn, outbound/email, paid ads, personal network — up to you.
• Focus is on quality of leads — we value real clients, not just traffic.

Ideal partner profile:
• Experience in B2B lead generation;
• Understanding of HR / hiring processes is a plus;
• Background in performance marketing or affiliate marketing
