Lead Generation / Digital Advertising experts

We are a real estate firm in San Diego, California. I am looking for a lead generation and digital marketing expert who is willing to work on a commission only basis. We will pay 30% of our real estate commission on every closed deal from your lead. We are looking for someone who is business minded and will stand behind their expertise. If you can generate hot leads then we can close them. EX: Real estate commission is $15,000, you would receive $4500 for the one deal)
