We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a high-quality, verified email list of decision-makers in key industries for outreach. Our AI-powered SaaS product is designed to automate customer interactions and streamline business operations, and we are expanding into global markets.
This role has the potential to be long-term if the leads provided are high quality and generate real business opportunities.
? Job Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to scrape, verify, and deliver accurate B2B email lists targeting businesses that need AI-driven automation solutions. The focus is on Tier 1 markets (U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, India, Singapore, Germany, UAE, South Korea, etc.) and specific industries where automation tools are in high demand.

• Home Services (Plumbers, HVAC, Roofing, etc.)
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Use free or paid lead scraping tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to generate lists. (Must have your own method to scrape and verify leads)
• Ensure all emails are verified and deliverable (using NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar).
• Provide decision-maker contacts (owners, CEOs, marketing heads, operations managers).
• Organize leads into a structured format with names, business names, industries, locations, and email addresses.
• Collaborate with our sales team to refine targeting criteria.
? Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation & email scraping.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
• Experience in email verification & validation processes.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GDPR & CAN-SPAM compliance (a plus).
