Lead Generation -- 2

My project is all about lead generation. I need leads from both individuals and companies in the healthcare industry. My goal is to generate more than 500 leads for this project. I need someone to provide me with highly qualified leads to achieve this objective. I expect the freelancer to have a deep understanding of lead generation and the processes. To be successful, the freelancer should be able to come up with a plan outlining how the leads will be generated and must be available to provide regular updates.
