Lead Follow-up & Conversion

Hello,
I am looking to hire a freelancer to help me with a lead follow-up and conversion project. My goal is to increase sales by focusing on individuals (B2C) leads. I want to measure the success of this project in terms of improved conversion rates.
The ideal freelancer will have experience in lead generation and conversion, be creative in their approach, and know how to use the latest tools and strategies to produce results. You should be able to customize your tactics based on the situation and rely on data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
You should be able to contact leads and engage on a daily basis, record notes about the conversations and follow-up accordingly based on how ready / qualified they seem.
The project requires the regular monitoring of marketing channels to identify potential customer leads and effective follow-up mechanisms to convert them. You should be able to utilize various methods of communication such as email, direct mail, or social media campaigns. Moreover, you should also be proficient in optimizing customer experience and engaging customers through personalized offers and product information.
You will need to be familiar with handling typical real eatate sales objections and under how to use lead generation and CRM sites like Agent Locator and KVCore.
