B2B Lead Email List Building - Veterinary Clinics USA

Hello,
I want to get a lead list of Owners/Founders/General Managers/CEO/Presidents of local Veterinary Clinics in the USA.
I will want an email address, a website, an address and if possible, a phone number for each lead - and no generic emails will be accepted (for example "info@vetclinic"/"admin@vetclinic", etc..).
I expect no less than 20k verified leads.
Also, to be awarded the project, please include the word "Orange" in your proposal - this will make us feel sure that you have the necessary attention to details required for this project.
P.s: I already have a list of Linkedin leads for this list, so that can't be a source.
