Get me leads for my creative agency

I run a creative agency which is fairly new and while having the right talent of Web Design, Social Media Design and Marketing and Video Editing, we still aren't able to find clients consistently. I am looking for a person who will be available 6 hours a day and is willing to work with me on a project-to-project basis bringing me clients relevant to the fields mentioned above.
