We are looking for motivated and self-driven Freelance Lead Generation Partners who can help us bring in paying students for our professional IT training programs at Shikshanas Software Training.

Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with individuals interested in starting a career in IT
Promote our software training programs (complete program details will be provided)
Set up calls with interested leads or close the enrollment yourself
Follow up with leads until they confirm admission

Compensation:
₹4,000 per successful enrollment
No cap on the number of leads or earnings
Payment is made only after the student completes the enrollment and payment
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage time
