Email & Mobile Leads for Casino/Slots players from South Africa

I'm looking for a valid list of players from South Africa that play casino slots, not poker or sports betting. The list must specifically target these kinds of players (slots).
I need valid mobile numbers for SMS campaigns so delivery of the messages to the provided numbers will be checked and I will also verify if the numbers belong to real slot players by seeing how many new customers sign-up.
My conditions for considering your proposal;
1. I need to know how many contacts your list has
2. I need to where you got the list from
3. I need to know how old the list is
4. I need samples (send in a private message)
* I will ignore all proposals that do not send sample leads with mobile numbers!
To ensure that I receive a valid list of leads, we will split the list into smaller batches and I will pay for each one separately on the price that we agree on, so there will be milestones.
I will test the first batch and if I am happy with the tracking metrics, then I will request the next batch and pay for it and so on until the entire list is received and paid for.
I will not pay if I do not see an increase in website visitors, new players signing up or simply more customer inquiries/messages/chats. If the list is real and has real leads, then there must be an increase in these metrics.
I will also monitor the metrics of the SMS campaigns to see how many SMS were delivered, opened and clicked on.
