Email Lead Generation for SaaS Company

I'm in need of an expert in lead generation who can help me find email addresses for potential leads. The focus is primarily on two categories:

1. Service-based businesses in Australia
2. SaaS companies from the US or UK that are currently investing in marketing.

An additional focus will be on identifying SaaS companies that are currently or recently advertising on AppSumo.

Requirements for the project include:
