I'm seeking a skilled freelancer for generating and compiling high-quality leads on prospects interested in International Real Estate Purchase or for Investment purposes. Ideal candidates will have proven expertise in data collection, interpretation and lead generation, as well as understanding of the US and Canadian markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying home buyer and/or property investor leads from the United States and Canada
- Gathering detailed information on each lead, including name, contact number, email address, and status (Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or Original Citizen of India (OCI))
- Ensuring accuracy and validity of each lead's information
Experienced leads generators with knowledge of the real estate sector would be preferred. Your ability to deliver accurate and detailed information is more crucial than ever for this project. If you're up to the task, I'd love to hear from you.
