I’m looking for an individual/company who is good at data mining and also knows how to convince the owners of assisted living facilities/care homes in Texas metro cities(U.S.A) to sell their company
Required Skills.
Data mining, telemarketing, email marketing, script writing, M&A
Key Requirement
Business must be located in Texas metro cities(U.S.A)
Business must have a revenue of $1 million to $5 million per year
Business must have been in operation for at least four years.
Requirements for Bid.
Submit a proposal on how you you plan to address the following.
How do you plan to get the correct business owner contact information?
Most of these businesses are owned by another corporation, How do you plan to pierce the corporate structure and get the contact information for the individual owning these corporations?
After acquiring the correct business owner information, how do you plan to reach out to the individual(emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc)
Include an example of the script you’re going to use when communicating with the business owner(the script most be able to convince the business owner to sell their business)
Include a detailed timeline and fee in your proposal
Note: This is going to be solely a performance-based payment(number of business owners you can convince to sell your business)
You will also be paid additional compensation after successfully acquiring the business from the seller.
