Daily Marketing Broadcasts via Email & WhatsApp

I'm seeking a professional who can assist me in setting up auto or task wise mailers and WhatsApp broadcasts to a contact list on a daily basis. The purpose of these broadcasts is primarily for marketing promotion.
- Broadcasts will be sent through both Email and WhatsApp
- Content will include text, images, and videos
I have a database of almost 10K email IDs and 10K contacts that will be utilized for these broadcasts. Data and shooting points will be provided regularly.
I am looking for a freelancer who can work on a monthly retainer and will be paid per broadcast. Experience in marketing and familiarity with email and WhatsApp marketing strategies is a plus.
