Customer Service Executive

As the overseer of this project, I am seeking a resourceful and proactive individual who can effectively conduct research to build a comprehensive database of new clients. Your efforts will be the foundation for our potential client cold calling, Client Acquisition and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and build database of new clients for our Recruitment Agency.
• Cold calling Clients to pitch them company’s hiring products
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Selling recruitment solutions to clients.
• Manage new clients and help them posting their first job on the platform
• Create references in the market and drive organic revenue

Target Industries:
- Your cold calling efforts will primarily target commerce related industries.

Client Criteria:
- We are open to engaging with a range of businesses. Our prospective clients can belong to large companies, small businesses, or even startups.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, Customer Service or Telecalling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
