Contact Detail Extraction

I have an Excel file that contains a list of organizations. For each organization, I need to find the name and email address of one of the following roles, in this order of priority: 1. Communications Manager (or similar communication role); 2. Field Operations Manager (or similar operational role); 3. If neither of the above is available, the President. The final output should be a new Excel file that includes two new columns: one for the name of the identified person and one for their email address (i can send you my excel file with the ong list). p.s.: i don't need generic email address like "presidenza@" or "info@" (we can include them only if there is no specific one.
It's about 250 ong, Filling the two columns "nominativo" (name of who is in charge of this mail) and "email" (like I said trying to avoid generic mails like info@ or presidenza@ etc). But if the name of who is in charge is too much just the email address is fine.How much will it cost?
I used this: https://hunter.io/search And I found some personal email address that wasn't on the ong websites (I have no more tokens for doing research with this website). So, sometimes we can find on the web the email address that is not on their website. I did 40 ongs but it’s too long, that’s why I am looking for someone here
