We are looking for ambitious individuals to succeed in recruiting clients for our non-medical home health care 1 On 1 HomeCare LLC. We strive to provide individualized quality care that meets the needs of our clients whose care can be effectively and safely managed in the home environment. We are hiring go-getters. We want recruiters who are hungry and want to succeed. Successful recruiters earn about $50-$100k+ yearly in this 1099 commission-based recruiting position.
New clients are acquired through a combination of canvassing / door-to-door recruiting, community events, senior based programs, face to face interactions, and preset lead appointments provided by the office. Build word-of-mouth business by having your clients refer you to their friends and family members. Visit hospitals to find potential clients. Develop relationships with geriatric doctors in your area by joining a local physicians’ association or attending medical conferences. We expect our recruiters to get out and knock on doors to generate new business.

We are going to be running in-office group training and team building for new recruiters, all through 2024. We will train you on how to properly identify and document the needs and wants of potential clients, assist the clients in joining our company. You will have a recruiting Manager and the proper training to succeed. The office will handle the marketing flyers and info packets! You will be responsible for handling the recruiting and field aspects of the project.
