In this role, you’ll identify, approach, and close new clients, earning a percentage of each successful acquisition. Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients aligned with 352 Agency’s focus on luxury and sustainable brands.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline.
• Engage with prospects through email, social media, and networking to understand their needs and showcase our value.
• Nurture relationships and guide leads through the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to our team.
• Collaborate with the agency as needed to align outreach efforts with our brand values and goals.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in lead generation or client acquisition, ideally within marketing, branding, or luxury sectors.
• Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to connect with high-value clients.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a commission-based payment structure, earning a percentage of each closed acquisition.
