Cold Email Expert: Lead Generation Focus

I'm seeking an expert in cold email marketing to set up and manage an ongoing campaign for generating leads. You would use a program such as Instantly or any similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the cold email system: I have approximately 50k emails ready to be used, and you'll be responsible for configuring the system to send out these emails on a regular basis.
- Ongoing Management: You will be in charge of running the campaign, ensuring emails are being sent out, and handling any technical issues that may arise.
- Tracking & Reporting: You should have the ability to track the campaign's performance. Of the metrics available (open rate, reply rate, conversion rate), I am most interested in tracking the conversion rate.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in setting up and managing cold email campaigns specifically for lead generation.
- Ability to work with large email lists (50k+).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to keep me updated on progress.
