Client Acquisition Specialist | Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Specialist who can help us find and onboard new clients for our web development and app design agency, Expert Squad. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads, reach out to potential clients, and convert them into paying customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through various platforms (LinkedIn, social media, cold emails, etc.).
Generate high-quality leads for web development, app design, UI/UX design, and eCommerce solutions.
Engage in cold outreach and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain a database of leads and track progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in IT services).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, or other platforms to find clients.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Payment Structure:
? Fixed + Commission OR Commission-Based (Negotiable)
