Business Development Specialist for HR Consulting
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to help generate corporate leads for my HR Consulting Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, cold-calling and a substantial network within Technology, Finance, and Healthcare, and other relevant industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email marketing to prospective corporate clients
- Identifying and targeting leads in technology, finance, healthcare, and other sectors
- Converting leads into potential projects
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in email marketing
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Previous experience in business development, particularly in the HR consulting space, is a plus.
This is a commission-based role, rewarding you based on the number of leads generated and the total project value.
