BDR in London for Conference
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team for the BETT Conference in London from 22-24 January 2025.
Who Are We: an innovative Gen-AI Ed-Tech startup working to transform the education landscape. At BETT, we’ll be exhibiting alongside the UK's Department for Business and Trade, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions to a global audience.
What You’ll Do:
Network with visitors throughout the conference.
Promote our startup and direct attendees to our stand.
Book meetings with qualified leads/potential clients or partners.
What We Offer:
Hourly Pay: £13/hour.
Performance Bonus: £10 per qualified meeting booked.
Transport Reimbursement: We’ll cover your travel costs.
Onboarding Training: £13/hour for a 5-hour onboarding session before the conference to familiarise you with our products and answer any questions.
Who We’re Looking For:
Outgoing and confident individuals with strong communication skills.
Sales experience, particularly in events or networking environments.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and friendly professionals.

The base pay will be £364 and the OTE is uncapped.
Total Base Pay:
£65 (onboarding) + £260 (conference hours minus 1 hour lunch) = £325
OTE could be in the region £725 if, for example, 2 meetings/hour of the conference are booked.
