We are looking for a skilled appointment setter to assist us in scheduling follow-up meetings with individuals who have expressed interest in working with a home renovation companies we are advertising for on Facebook. The leads are people who are interested in working with the home renovation companies we are advertising for. I need someone who can call the leads within five minutes of them submitting the Facebook lead form. I also need someone who can follow up with more phone calls, emails, and SMS messages.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively persuade and convince potential clients to schedule a meeting.
- Ability to handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage and track appointments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and documented.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in appointment setting for home renovation or related services.
- Familiarity with the home improvement industry and its unique challenges.
- Knowledge of effective appointment-
setting techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet or exceed the target of setting more than 10 appointments.
