Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential business clients and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team, focusing on B2B memberships for recurring products and service contracts. This role is ideal for someone with high-ticket sales experience and a passion for driving business growth.

### Key Responsibilities:
- **Engage with Potential Clients**: Proactively reach out to potential business clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- **Introduce Products and Services**: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our material-handling solutions to prospective clients.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
- **Schedule Appointments**: Set up qualified appointments with decision-makers and key stakeholders for our sales team.
- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

### Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, managing your time and resources effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software, VOIP systems, data lead generation tools, and other sales technologies.
- Ability to earn monthly commissions based on performance.
