Acquisition Specialist – Lead Generation and Outreach

We are looking for motivated and consistent acquisition specialists to help us grow our client base through cold outreach, lead scraping, and follow-up. This is a performance-monitored role that requires discipline, communication, and daily execution.
You will be responsible for generating targeted leads, reaching out through multiple platforms, following up, and reporting progress daily. Our current focus is on two branches of a growing AI services business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Scraping leads daily using tools provided or your own verified sources
• Manually verifying lead accuracy (name, email, business, role, location)
• Reaching out to prospects via cold email, LinkedIn, and niche Facebook groups
• Following up with non-responsive leads and nurturing conversations
• Uploading leads into our CRM with correct tags and documentation
• Participating in team communication to avoid overlapping leads or messages
• Building a basic social presence (if requested) to support outreach
• Submitting daily KPI logs and screenshots of your work

Your Role Will Be Divided Between:
• Core AI SaaS: Targeting small service businesses for AI-powered call/chat automation
• Lead Reactivation: Reaching out to businesses with old leads for revenue-share deals
You may be focused more on one or both, depending on current strategy and assignments.
Use the phrase word “lead gen expert” if you can do this job only bid YOUR bid rate using that word lets me know you have. Read understand and can do only looking at people $2-$4 per hour since we do have bonuses for results

• Experience in lead generation, scraping, or cold outreach
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook group outreach, and email tools
• Strong attention to detail and daily accountability
• Ability to follow instructions and hit volume goals consistently
• Tools like Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, Snov, or similar are a plus
