Senior Executive Interview Coach

At Labeeb.ae I support high-calibre leaders who are about to face critical job interviews, and I need an experienced coach who can step in right away and run the entire preparation process. You will meet each client online (Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a comparable platform), run realistic mock interviews, and then debrief with clear, actionable feedback that sharpens confidence, communication and answer structure—the three areas my clients have explicitly asked to master.

Because the audience is senior executives, I expect you to understand C-suite dynamics, board-level questioning styles and current leadership trends so every session feels authentic. Turnaround is fast: I have candidates waiting, so being able to start this week is essential.

Deliverables I require for every candidate
• One 60-minute mock interview tailored to their target role
• A written feedback report (strengths, gaps, next-step exercises) delivered within 24 hours
• A concise improvement roadmap they can apply before the real interview

Your coaching style should be direct yet encouraging, backed by proven frameworks such as STAR, SOAR or CAR, and you should be comfortable recording the sessions when the client requests it.
