I am interviewing for a sergeants position at a University Safety Department. It needs to be 10-15 min describing my leaderhsip experience and followed by how I intend to apply that leadership. This interview will include your 10-15-minute presentation detailing your strengths and abilities in meeting the listed job requirements as well as describing your method of approach to the job requirements.
