• An initial assessment of my current skill level and leadership style
• A personalised development roadmap with clear milestones for each focus area
• Weekly virtual coaching sessions that combine theory, practice, and real-world case studies
• Practical assignments—such as leading a mock project or delivering feedback to a team—that you will review with me
• Ongoing feedback mechanisms so we can measure progress, adjust tactics, and keep the momentum high
