Leadership Skill Enhancement Coaching

I have decided that the surest way to transform my life is by leveling-up my career, and the specific path I’ve chosen is to sharpen my management and leadership abilities. I’m looking for a professional who can guide me through a structured yet flexible development journey that fits around a demanding workweek and keeps me accountable.

Here is what I need from you:
• An initial assessment (call or questionnaire) to map my current leadership strengths, gaps, and preferred learning style.
• A customised 8- to 12-week learning plan focused on practical management frameworks, decision-making, team motivation, and conflict resolution, with clear weekly milestones.
• Live coaching sessions (video preferred) every one or two weeks, complemented by concise assignments or reflection exercises.
• Recommended reading, case studies, or micro-learning videos that reinforce each session’s objective.
• Progress checkpoints so we can measure improvements in confidence, communication clarity, and stakeholder feedback.

I work primarily in Bahasa Indonesia but I’m comfortable coaching in English as well. Familiarity with proven methodologies—Situational Leadership, OKR implementation, or Agile team management—will be a plus. All resources should be delivered in editable formats (Google Docs, PowerPoint, or PDF), and session recordings must be shareable for later review.

By the end of the engagement I expect to walk away with documented action plans, a noticeable boost in day-to-day leadership effectiveness, and a clear roadmap for continued growth.
