Help needed from a Business communication expert/ leadership mentor

I am looking for a veteran business communication expert/ leadership mentor to help me with a very important assignment.

I am a program manager in a startup. I talk to all the departments such as sales, marketing, engineering, product, and content. I have recently joined this small company to help them streamline the processes and implement project management practices. However, my role has become much larger than I expected. While talking to all these departments separately, I realized that many of these departments are going through a challenging time due to internal and external issues/ concerns. They are crying our to help and somehow this has not reached the leaders of our company or may it has reached them but they are just too occupied and hence these issues got lost.

I have managed to create a very positive impression within the first month of my joining and that has exceeded the expectations of our CEO & CTO. They are counting on me to solve things for them. Hence, I need to communicate these concerns to them along with the solution I have prepared.

I need help with this task so that I don't mess up.
